We only collect what we need to run the brand and serve you:

• Email address — when you join our list, claim a Founding Sixty jar number, or contact us.
• Jar number — if you claim a Founding Sixty jar, so we can recognize founding members and run the giveaway.
• Order and shipping details — name, address, and payment confirmation, only if and when you place an order.
• Basic usage data — standard, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we never ask for it through this site.

To send the emails you ask for (early access, restocks, and a single welcome offer), to run the Founding Sixty list and giveaway, to fulfill orders, and to answer your messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Only the service providers that make the brand run — for example, our email platform (Klaviyo), our store and payment processor, and our shipping partners. They process your data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@lamsa.skin. If you are in a region with specific privacy rights (such as the EU/UK or California), we honor those requests.

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working (such as remembering your cart) and to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy as the brand grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
