Apply
A thin, even layer on clean, dry skin. Less is more — this mud works by contact, not by weight.
Wait
Eight to ten minutes. You will feel it tighten as the minerals draw in — magnesium, calcium, potassium from 430 meters below sea level.
Rinse
Warm water, soft circles. Pat dry. Touch your skin — that is the lamsa.
Patch test before first use. External use only. Avoid the eye area. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
